RETIREMENT PLAN/
ADMINISTRATION

The health care industry is going through tremendous change. Affiliations, mergers and acquisitions have caused providers to look at new cost effective ways to deliver high quality services. At the same time, studies show that employees are growing increasingly aware of the need to plan for their retirement. These two events have contributed to a trend toward reducing costs of retirement programs, while increasing employee involvement and responsibility. To help health care employers address these changing needs, we have designed our Retirement Services and Consultation Program. The program covers the full spectrum of administration of defined benefit plans 403(b) tax sheltered annuity plans, 457(b) deferred compensation plans and 401(k) plans. Specific services include state of the art administration, complete compliance management and a comprehensive employee communications package. The program also offers pre-retirement counseling and educational seminars on personal financial planning.

STOP LOSS INSURANCE
FOR EMPLOYEE HEALTH PLANS

The cost of providing medical insurance to employees carries its own risk. And for health care organizations that self-insure, the cost of purchasing excess loss insurance to limit liability has gone up dramatically during the last few years.

At the same time, insurers have raised the aggregate claims levels, significantly increasing your organization's liability. Now you can protect against catastrophic claims and aggregate claims beyond your organization's ability to pay through MHA Insurance Agency's Stop Loss Insurance Program. Our program provides a review of your existing coverage and provides competitive quotations to help you save money. We can write stop loss coverage on any type of health insurance plan
